Ward Bird and family (7th and 8th generation) along with  John Hodsdon (owner) are dedicated to providing you with the freshest vegetables and fruits, grown on our farm. Stop in at our Farm Stand, built by Ward Bird, or purchase our produce through our CSA program, or stop and see us at the "Laconia Outdoor Main Street Market" on Thursdays or at the New Hampton Farmer’s Market on Mondays.

Throughout the course of the season we will update our "Now Harvesting" page with our current list of produce. Be sure to check out our "Current Events" page for information on the various events and activities that we will have here at

The farm’s 125-acres have helped provide for the region for over two centuries. Owner John Hodsdon represents the sixth generation of continuous family ownership that stretches to 1801, when Hezekiah and Polly Smith took possession of the
farm after relocating from Meredith Center. The site includes a 1769 farmhouse, Meredith’s second oldest historic structure. “Picnic Rock” refers to a boulder on the farm where, in days gone by, family members and friends would gather.
